From my first eye appointment and consultation with Dr. Bababekova and the staff at the Green Acres location in Valley Stream, I have always received professional, courteous and exceptional services. The doctors and her assistants are knowledgeable and explains all procedures appropriately

as they are being performed to my satisfaction. The doctor is very friendly and always asks me if I'm experiencing any new changes or symptoms with my eyesight and performs any test required accordingly. I have very dry eyes and am always scheduled for tear plugs every 3 months. The secretary is very flexible in accommodating my availability for scheduling. Overall, my experience has been positive at this facility as a patient and customer for eyeglasses.

Dr. Yuliya is the only optometrist I trust for myself and my children. She’s extremely patient, kind and professional. She goes above and beyond for her patients (which is rare to find these days). She takes her time and always finds a way to make me feel comfortable. She’s very thorough with her examinations and always explains everything that’s going on with my eyes in simple ways for me to understand. Really grateful to have found her.

Best optometrist I've ever had. I travel for 11 hours to see her, while the rest of my family and friends travel from the caribbean and DR to see her. The most honest and straight forward exam you will ever have. Efficiency is what makes her stand out from previous optometrists I had, she is also Sensible and understanding. Not to mention, she's excellent with the kids. Absolutely love her. Dr. Bababekova is the one you can trust with your family and eye care need.

This office is EXCEPTIONAL! Staff and doctors and very attentive and caring. Jasmin the manager is very caring with top notch customer service. Very educational with there overall knowledge with the eyes as well as materials needed.
